Packing Gear Lab answers one question: which packing gear is worth buying? We analyze packing cubes, organizers, toiletry bags, travel bottles, garment bags, tech organizers, passport holders and travel wallets.
What you will find here
- Product analysis based on dimensions, fabrics, zippers and construction details.
- Comparisons of packing gear types and designs.
- Size guides for matching cubes and organizers to your luggage.
- Buying guides that explain which features matter.
What we do not cover
Packing lists and trip checklists, and luggage itself, have their own dedicated sites. Here the focus is the gear that goes inside your bags.
Who we are
The site is written and edited by the Packing Gear Lab Editors. We do not operate a test lab and do not claim hands-on testing. We use AI tools to help draft some articles; every article is checked and edited by a person before publication.
How the site is funded
Some articles link to products on Amazon. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
